Refund policy
We ask that you please review all orders immediately as claims for return must be submitted within 7 days after receipt. The item must be in the same condition that you received it; unopened, unworn with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase or supply the QR code.
If you received the wrong item or if the package is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace at no cost. Certain types of items cannot be returned such as perishable goods, liquids, personalized items, and personal care goods. Any item being sold in partnership with a nonprofit is not eligible for return.
Please reach out prior to your purchase if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and the return policy. We do not exchange items so please be diligent when choosing your sizes, colors, and product options.
To start a return, please contact us at team@delepinecreative.com . Upon return approval, you will receive a shipping label and instructions. The refund process will be initiated through your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
